2018 - 2019. The “OH! Un libro che fa”, a project that puts the book at the center of its actions. A project designed and implemented by Biblion sc with the participation and support of: Piedmont Region, University of Eastern Piedmont - Department of Humanistic Studies, Municipality of Vercelli, Municipality of Crescentino, Municipality of Cigliano, Municipality of Santhià, Municipality of Livorno Ferraris, Municipality of Saluggia, Serra di Crescentino Comprehensive Institute, Galileo Ferraris Comprehensive Institute of Livorno Ferraris, Cavour and Lanino Comprehensive Institute of Vercelli, IIS Lagrangia of Vercelli, Francis Lombardi IIS of Vercelli, Santhià Comprehensive Institute, Don Evasio Ferraris Comprehensive Institute of Cigliano, Associazione Il Porto di Vercelli, Cultural Association Arte, Libreria Sant'Andrea di Vercelli, Dosio Music di Vercelli will provide assistance for any technical musical supports.
The project already from its first edition and in the first part of the sentence wants to mark a strong element of novelty for the whole territory and beyond: The book acts and is the bearer of an action. The choice of the theme of the first edition, The Community, will allow the in-depth analysis of several topics: scientific community, local community, musical community, society, the family, youth community, school community, religious community, sports community, institutional community, animal community, etc. The events will be open to everyone, including through social communication. Particular attention will be paid to young people, with tailor-made appointments and workshops. For 2018 and 2019, the project includes workshops, meetings with authors, flash mobs, shouting, reading marathons in the square with professional actors, aloud readers and volunteer readers and Happenings.
The Directorate for the Promotion of Culture, Tourism and Sport - Sector of Librarian and Archival Heritage, Publishing and Cultural Institutes, with managerial determination n.689/2018 has awarded in favor of the Biblion sc for the year 2018, in response to the approved public notice with determination n.330 of 02/08/2018, a contribution of Euro 9,700.00 for the realization of the initiative "Oh! A book that makes community". The advance was collected in 2019 while the 2018 balance of Euro 5,044.00 was collected on 03/13/2020.

A project designed and implemented by Biblion sc with the participation and support of: Piedmont Region, Municipality of Vercelli, Municipality of Crescentino, Municipality of Cigliano, Municipality of Santhià, Municipality of Livorno Ferraris, Municipality of Saluggia, their respective libraries, Istituto comprensivo Galileo Ferraris of Livorno Ferraris and Saluggia, Cavour and Lanino Comprehensive Institute of Vercelli, IIS Lagrangia of Vercelli, IIS Francis Lombardi of Vercelli, Santhià Comprehensive Institute, Don Evasio Ferraris Comprehensive Institute of Cigliano, Il Porto di Vercelli Association, Art Cultural Association, Sant'Andrea Bookshop in Vercelli, Mondadori Bookshop in Vercelli. The choice of the theme of the second edition, L'Armonia, will allow for an in-depth study of the themes of the books, meetings and workshops with the support of music, which is harmony. The events will be open to everyone, including through social communication on Facebook and Instagram. Particular attention will be paid to young people, with tailor-made appointments and workshops. The project foresees for 2019 and 2020 workshops, meetings with authors, flash mobs, shouts, reading marathons in the square with professional actors, aloud readers and volunteer readers and Happenings.
The Directorate for the Promotion of Culture, Tourism and Sport, Sector for the Enhancement of Cultural Heritage, Museums and Unesco Sites, with executive resolution no. 679 of 11/28/2019, has assigned the Biblion sc for the year 2019, public notice approved with resolution no. 290 of 05/16/2019, a contribution of Euro 12,300.00 for the realization of the "Oh! A book that makes harmony" initiative. The 2019 down payment of Euro 5,904.00 was collected on 27/05/2020.

The choice of the theme of the second edition, Socialization, with numerous initiatives, for young people and for the general public, meetings with authors, reading aloud workshops, literary performances, presentations, all on social media su_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_www.facebook.com/Ohunlibrochefa e on Instagram @biblionsoccoop. The theme is socialization, in all its aspects, with the collaboration and support of 6 municipalities in the Vercelli plain: Vercelli, Cigliano, Santhià, Livorno Ferraris , Saluggia, Crescentino, but goes beyond territorial borders thanks to the diffusion on social media.

The choice of the theme of the fourth edition is fantasy declined in all feelings and the power and evocation of words, in the footsteps of Gianni Rodari, and in fact the edition is titled ... "Like a rock in the pond". The theme is the power of words, in all its aspects, with the collaboration and support of 6 municipalities in the Vercelli plain: Vercelli, Cigliano, Santhià, Livorno Ferraris, Saluggia, Crescentino, but it goes beyond territorial borders thanks to the diffusion on social media.
The Culture and Commerce Department - Promotion of book and archival assets, publishing and cultural institutes sector, with executive resolution no. 349 of 12/20/2021, assigned in favor of Biblion sc for the year 2021, in response to the public notice approved with resolution no. 163 of 07/21/2021, a contribution of €. 11,240.00 for the implementation of the initiative "Oh a book that does ... like a stone in a pond".
The Culture, Tourism and Commerce Department - Promotion of book and archival assets, publishing and cultural institutes sector, with executive resolution no. 359 of 12/17/2020, assigned in favor of Biblion sc for the year 2020, in response to the public notice approved with resolution no. 249 of 11/9/2020, a contribution of €. 12,300.00 for the implementation of the initiative "Oh a book that makes socialization".
